44th Meeting

On 14 November 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 44th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the capital and technical provisions of pension companies managing voluntary pension funds
2. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the conditions for performing the function a member of the management and supervisory board of a voluntary pension company
3. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the conditions for performing the function a member of the management and supervisory board of a mandatory pension company
4. Decision granting authorisation to Ivan Beljan to perform the function of a member of the management board of the investment fund management company Global Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Budmanijeva 3, personal identification number (OIB): 89492953056, for a term lasting 5 (five) years, running as of the day of his appointment
5. Decision granting authorisation to Mario Carini to perform the function of a member of the management board of the insurance company GENERALI OSIGURANJE d.d., Ulica grada Vukovara 284, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 10840749604, for a term lasting 3 (three) years, running as of the day of his appointment
6. Decision granting authorisation to the company GENERALI zavarovalnica d.d., with its registered office in the Republic of Slovenia, Ljubljana, Kržičeva ulica 3, entered in the court and the business register of the Republic of Slovenia under the register number: 5186684000, for the indirect acquisition of a qualifying holding in the company Generali Investments d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, Savska cesta 106, Republic of Croatia, personal identification number (OIB): 61865183767, reaching 96.72% of the initial capital and voting rights of that company
7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 19 July 2018 to Marija Perić, owner of the insurance representation craft POINT, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. MARIJA PERIĆ, MATULJI, KUĆELI, MIHELIĆI 17 B, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/77, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-18-3, ceased to be valid on 06 September 2019
8. Decision granting approval to: Assya Veskova Doncheva to perform the function of a member of the management board of the leasing company Volvo Financial Services leasing d.o.o. u osnivanju, for a term of 2 (two) years; Igor Smolec to perform the function of a member of the management board of the leasing company Volvo Financial Services leasing d.o.o. u osnivanju, for a term of 5 (five) years; and the company VOLVO GROUP CROATIA d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Karlovačka cesta 94, personal identification number (OIB): 88704563307, to acquire a qualifying holding reaching 100% of the initial capital of the leasing company Volvo Financial Services leasing d.o.o. u osnivanju
9. Decision determining that the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima, Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, personal identification number (OIB): 20455535575, has eliminated minor illegalities and irregularities in connection with the established risk management system in the investment process and conflict of interest management system in relation to non-listed shares in which the assets of mandatory pension funds managed by that company are invested, as recorded in the Report on the off-site examination of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Company, CLASS: UP/I 972-05/19-02/01, REGNO: 326-01-40-41-19-1 of 25 July 2019, supplemented by the Supplement to the Report on the off-site examination CLASS: UP/I 972-05/19-02/01, REGNO: 326-01-40-41-19-9 of 15 October 2019; and terminating the off-site examination of the Company and the mandatory pension funds PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE obvezni mirovinski fond - kategorija A and PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE obvezni mirovinski fond - kategorija B, which is recorded at the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency under CLASS: UP/I 972-05/19-02/01
