42nd Meeting

On 31 October 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 42nd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Guidelines providing a further description of situations considered to be conflicts of interest
2. Guidelines on regulated systems for raising capital
3. Ordinance on the manner of obtaining data, content of reports and deadlines for the submission of data from the central depository
4. Technical instruction for the preparation and submission of reports of insurance companies and reinsurance companies in electronic form
5. Decision granting approval to the company AUCTOR HOLDING a.s., dioničko društvo, with its registered office in Pobrežni 297/14, Karlin, Prague, Czech Republic, personal identification number (OIB): 28660258159, to publish a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company SLAVONSKI ZATVORENI ALTERNATIVNI INVESTICIJSKI FOND S JAVNOM PONUDOM d.d., Zagreb, Dežmanova 5, personal identification number (OIB): 0637185807911

8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Melita Gilja, founder of the insurance representation craft MG-CON, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Melita Gilja, Zagreb, Miroslava Milića 8

Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued to the insurance agency AURELIOS d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, Vinkovci, Bartola Kašića 61, personal identification number (OIB): 20614473490 on 30 December 2016 by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/16-01/181, REGNO.: 326-01-660-663-16-2, ceased to be valid on 31 October 2019
10. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued to the insurance agency FORTIS ZASTUPANJE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, Slatina, Nikole Šubića Zrinskog 28, personal identification number (OIB): 28068522963 on 21 October 2015 by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/ I-974-03/15-01/67, REGNO.: 326-01-660-663-15-4, ceased to be valid on 1 August 2019
