39th Meeting

On 14 October 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 39th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on the professional training and examinations taken in order to acquire qualifications to provide information on investment products and services, carry out brokerage activities and provide investment advice services
2. Ordinance on the professional training and examinations taken by candidates for certified pension fund managers and in order to acquire qualifications to manage pension insurance companies
3. Ordinance on regular reports of pension insurance companies
4. Decision granting authorisation to Izidora Juroš to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the factoring company ADRIATIC ZAGREB FACTORING d.o.o., Zagreb, Andrije Žaje 61, personal identification number (OIB): 36856583241, for a term of office lasting for one (1) year
5. Decision ordering the factoring company ADRIATIC ZAGREB FACTORING d.o.o., Zagreb, Andrije Žaje 61, personal identification number (OIB): 36856583241, to eliminate the illegalities and irregularities established, namely: to improve its credit and operational risk management system, to align its loan granting activities with the provisions of the Factoring Act, to improve its business books maintenance and reporting system, to calculate receivable value adjustment as at 31 December 2019 in accordance with the provisions of IFRS 9 and to improve its AMLTFA application system
6. Decision granting approval to the company Nomura European Investment Limited, with its registered office in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, 1 Angel Lane, London EC4R 3AB, to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the company VANTAGE LEASING d.o.o. za leasing, with its registered office in Zagreb, Horvatova 82, personal identification number (OIB): 55525619967, reaching 10% of the capital and voting rights of that company; and granting approval to the company APS MIP s.r.o., with its registered office in the Czech Republic, 110 00 Prag 1, Staré Město, Celetná 988/38, to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the Company reaching 10% of the capital and voting rights of that company
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Jasmin Šarić, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ Futura, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Jasmin Šarić, Rijeka, Braće Branchetta 6

8. Decision exempting issuers from the payment of a portion of the fee
