On 9 September 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 35th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Decision granting authorisation to Hrvoje Burić to perform the function of a member of the management board of the factoring company PLUS A-FAKTOR d.o.o., with its registered office in Rijeka, Slavka Krautzeka 77/A, personal identification number (OIB): 52348835482, for a new term of 5 (five) years
  2. Decision granting authorisation to the company INTERKAPITAL vrijednosni papiri d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Masarykova 1, personal identification number (OIB): 68481874507, to open a branch in the Republic of Slovenia and to carry out business operations via a tied agent with the registered office in the Republic of Slovenia
  3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Ljerka Vuk, founder of the insurance representation craft PRIMUS, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, LJERKA VUK, CERNIK, POŽEŠKA 165
  4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Andrija Arapović, founder of the insurance representation craft VERUM, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Andrija Arapović, Rijeka, Janka Polića Kamova 101
