33rd Meeting

On 29 August 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 33rd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the structure and contents of annual and semi-annual reports and other reports of alternative investment funds
2. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on costs and charges that may be paid from the assets of an AIF
3. Decision determining that the conditions due to which trading in shares of the company ŽITNJAK d.d., Zagreb, Marijana Čavića 8, under the ticker symbol ZTNJ, was temporarily suspended on 1 March 2018, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 976-04/18-01/12, REGNO: 326-01-770-771-18-2 have ceased to exist; and ordering Zagrebačka burza d.d., Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a to end temporary suspension of trading and to ensure further trading in shares of the Company on the regulated market, as of the beginning of the trading day 2 September 2019
4. Decision suspending the procedure initiated upon the request of the company EUNEX-C d.o.o., with its registered office in Varaždin, Ulica Stanka Vraza 25, personal identification number (OIB): 89066913709, for the approval for the acquisition of a qualifying holding in the company Zagrebačka burza d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, personal identification number (OIB): 84368186611
5. Decision granting authorisation to Eva Horvat to perform the function of a member of the management board of the pension fund management company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima d.d. Zagrebu, with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, personal identification number (OIB): 14148900600, for a new term lasting 4 (four) years, from 22 October 2019 to 22 October 2023
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company SVI RIZICI društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, Zagreb, Martićeva 15
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Kristina Jurić, founder of the insurance representation craft TRIO, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, KRISTINA JURIĆ, RIJEKA, JOŽE GABROVŠEKA 17
8. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance and reinsurance distribution business issued to the company Raiffeisen bonus, društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za brokerske poslove u osiguranju i reosiguranju, Zagreb, Radnička cesta 43, personal identification number (OIB): 52602142706, on 7 October 2010 by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-02/10-37/28, REGNO: 326-112-10-2, ceased to be valid on 2 August 2019
9. Decision determining that the company CENTAR FAKTOR d.o.o., Zagreb, Radnička 39, personal identification number (OIB): 69566160187, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities whose elimination had been ordered by the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 10 April 2019 (CLASS: UP/I 973-07/18-01/01, REGNO: 326-01-50-52-19-60); and terminating the on-site examination of the Company
