32nd Meeting

On 22 August 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 32nd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on supervisory reports of the central counterparty
2. Instruction for filling in supervisory reports for central counterparties: templates RPN-SDUS, UK-SDUS, TEST-SDUS and LI-SDUS
3. Instruction for filling in the supervisory report for central counterparties: template AK-SDUS
4. Decision on the obligation to apply the Guidelines on internalised settlement reporting under Article 9 of CSDR (ESMA 70-151-367)
5. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 21 October 2016 to Ivica Vedriš, owner of the insurance representation craft AZ VEDRIŠ, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Ivica Vedriš, Kalinovac, Grgura Karlovčana 16, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/16-01/131, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-16-3, ceased to be valid on 26 March 2019
6. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 26 September 2014 to Martina Palac, owner of the insurance representation craft NEFIL PLUS, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, owned by MARTINA PALAC, ZAGREB, VII. RAVNICE 10, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-02/14-37/57, REGNO: 326-663-14-2, ceased to be valid on 15 June 2019
7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued to the insurance agency Carefree društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, Zagreb, Perjavica 74 A, personal identification number (OIB): 39314111192 on 9 May 2018 by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/59, REGNO.: 326-01-660-663-18-4, ceased to be valid on 23 April 2019
8. Decision granting approval to the asset management company PBZ Invest d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, IIlica 5, personal identification number (OIB): 73073960573 for the merger of PBZ E-START open-ended investment fund with public offering with PBZ Euro Short Term Bond open-ended investment fund with public offering
9. Decision granting authorisation to the asset management company PLATINUM INVEST d.o.o. za osnivanje i upravljanje UCITS fondom, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ignjata Đorđića 8, OIB: 85233080106, for significant amendments to the prospectus of Platinum Blue Chip open-ended investment fund with public offering and for amendments to the minimum contents of the rules of the Fund
10. Decision granting authorisation to the asset management company PLATINUM INVEST d.o.o. za osnivanje i upravljanje UCITS fondom, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ignjata Đorđića 8, OIB: 85233080106, for significant amendments to the prospectus of Platinum Global Opportunity open-ended investment fund with public offering and for amendments to the minimum contents of the rules of the Fund
