31st Meeting

On 8 August 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 31st meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on the recovery plan, significance criteria and trend indicators indicating the inability to meet operational requirements and on the outsourcing of significant activities and processes of the central counterparty on a continuous basis
2. Ordinance on the content, format and manner of the submission of applications for authorisation to a central counterparty
3. Ordinance on the structure, content, manner and time limits for the submission of annual financial statements and audit report and the application of the chart of accounts for central counterparties
4. Decision granting authorisation to Stjepan Mandić to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the pension fund management company Allianz ZB d.o.o. društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Heinzelova 70, personal identification number (OIB): 58384724129
5.
