29th Meeting
25/07/2019On 25 July 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 29th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:
- Ordinance on the requirements for performing the function of a member of the management board and a member of the supervisory board of an insurance and/or reinsurance company, authorised officer of an insurance and/or reinsurance company and an authorised representative of a branch of an insurance and/or reinsurance company
- Ordinance on minimum standards, manner of calculating and criteria for calculating technical provisions in accordance with accounting regulations
- Decision granting authorisation to Goran Jurišić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the insurance company ADRIATIC OSIGURANJE d.d., Listopadska 2, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 94472454976, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years, running as of the day of his appointment
- Decision granting authorisation to Branimir Britvić to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the pension fund management company ERSTE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Ivana Lučića 2/A, personal identification number (OIB): 49659289650, for a term of office lasting for four (4) years, running as of the day of the adoption of this decision
- Decision granting certified actuary licence to Doris Božović
- Decision granting certified actuary licence to Anamarija Repić
- Decision granting approval to the company MERITUS ULAGANJA d.d., Zagreb, Heinzelova ulica 62/a, personal identification number (OIB): 62230095889, for a single prospectus relating to the admission to the regulated market of 857,805 registered dematerialised ordinary shares without a nominal value, and with the total nominal value of HRK 85,780,500.00
- Decision to permanently prohibit the marketing, distribution or sale of binary options to retail clients
- Decision to permanently restrict the marketing, distribution or sale of contracts for differences (CFDs) to retail clients
- Decision on the manner of giving notification pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories
- Decision on documentation to be submitted with the notification of the intention to apply the exemption from the reporting obligation referred to in Article 9(1) of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 for intra-group transactions
