28th Meeting

On 15 July 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 28th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to Željko Kordić from Velika Gorica, Pleška 47/A, personal identification number (OIB): 89506238190, to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the insurance company EUROHERC osiguranje d.d., Ulica grada Vukovara 282, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 22694857747, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years, running as of the day of his appointment
2. Decision: 1. granting approval to Goran Kovačić from Daruvar, Ivanovo Polje 17, personal identification number (OIB): 91092078000, to directly acquire a qualifying holding in the factoring company CENTAR FAKTOR d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 39, personal identification number (OIB): 69566160187, reaching 50% of the initial capital and voting rights of the factoring company CENTAR FAKTOR d.o.o.; 2. granting approval to Valentin Vičič, citizen of the Republic of Slovenia, Krivec 32, Ljubljana, personal identification number (OIB): 07988928777, to directly acquire a qualifying holding in the factoring company CENTAR FAKTOR d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 39, personal identification number (OIB): 69566160187, reaching 50% of the initial capital and voting rights of the factoring company CENTAR FAKTOR d.o.o.
3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Željko Matković from Osijek, Vijenac Ivana Meštrovića 45, personal identification number (OIB): 36876727980, founder of the insurance representation craft Matković Crosig, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Željko Matković, Osijek, Vijenac Ivana Meštrovića 45
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Mislav Vrančić from Zadar, Obala kneza Branimira 9, personal identification number (OIB): 31021075811, founder of the insurance representation craft UNIVERZAL, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, MISLAV VRANČIĆ, ZADAR, OBALA KNEZA BRANIMIRA 9
5. Decision granting approval to the asset management company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Masarykova 1, personal identification number (OIB): 59300096187, for the establishment and management of InterCapital Euro Area Bond open-ended investment fund with public offering (UCITS), and for its inclusion, as the sub-fund, in InterCapital UCITS umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering
6. Decision determining that the asset management company OTP invest društvo za upravljanje fondovima d.o.o., Zagreb, Petrovaradinska 1, personal identification number (OIB): 96261939721, has acted in accordance with the supervisory measures and orders referred to in points I to IX of the enacting part of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 972-05/16-01/09, REGNO: 326-01-440-441-18-30, of 12 April 2018, thus having eliminated the illegalities and irregularities related to the risk management system and the obligation to establish an on-going, effective and independent compliance function, established by the on-site examination recorded at the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency under CLASS: UP/I 972-05/16-01/09
