27th Meeting

On 9 July 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 27th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on the requirements for issuing authorisation to acquire a qualifying holding in insurance companies or reinsurance companies
2. Ordinance on the requirements for performing a key function in an insurance company / reinsurance company
3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Elvis Gugić from Split, Domovinskog rata 43, OIB: 59621261053, founder of the insurance representation craft Matrix, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Elvis Gugić, Split, Domovinskog rata 43
4. Decision on the exemption from paying a portion of fees for issuers
