25th Meeting

On 28 June 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 23rd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on reporting on material changes and reporting at request of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency
2. Ordinance on regular contributions of members, manner of funds’ disposal and financial statements of the Investor Protection Scheme
3. Ordinance on determining the occurrence of a covered risk in the investor protection scheme in the capital market
4. Decision granting authorisation to Hrvoje Dajak to perform the function of a member of the supervisory board of the company PBZ Croatia osiguranje d.d. za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, OIB: 20455535575, for a term of 3 (three) years from the day of being elected
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Rosanna Perinić Popeškić, founder of the craft Adria in, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Rosanna Perinić Popeškić, Opatija, Put u Bregi 11
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Dragan Ibriks-Golub, founder of the craft IBRIKS, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. DRAGAN IBRIKS-GOLUB, ZAGREB, KVINTIČKA ULICA 57
7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 20 October 2011 to Ozren Mandić, owner of the craft G.O. ŠIBENIK obrt za zastupanje u osiguranje, vl. Ozren Mandić, Vodice, Kamila Pamukovića 43, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-02/11-37/76, REGNO: 326-112-11-3, ceased to be valid on 10 June 2019
8. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 15 December 2015 to the company B. S. OPTIMUS društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, Vodnjan, Stancija Guran 21, OIB: 05906939066, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-974-03/15-01/151, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-15-2, ceased to be valid on 11 March 2019
9. Decision granting authorisation to the company Maverick Wealth Management d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Vončinina 2, OIB: 81230330818, for the operation of MWM 1, open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering, approval for the Rules of the fund and the selection of Addiko Bank d.d., Slavonska avenija 6, Zagreb, OIB: 1403633877, as the depositary for the Fund
10.
