24th Meeting

On 19 June 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 24th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Decision granting approval to Dubravko Lukač to perform the function of a member of the supervisory board of the company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, OIB: 14148900600, for a term of 4 (four) years from the day of being elected
  2. Decision granting approval to Anton Starčević to perform the function of a member of the supervisory board of the company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, OIB: 14148900600, for a term of 4 (four) years from the day of being elected
  3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Tamari Žufić Košara, founder of the insurance representation craft ASSICURO, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Tamara Žufić Košara, Rovinj, N. Tesle 9
  4. Decision granting authorisation to the company Erste Asset Management d.o.o. Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, OIB: 68572873963, for the establishment and management of Erste Adriatic Multi Asset, open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes approval of the prospectus and rules of this Fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the company ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d. Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3/a, OIB: 23057039320, as the depositary of the Fund; and granting approval to invest over 35% of the Fund’s net asset value in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Serbia, the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of North Macedonia
