20th Meeting

On 23 May 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 20^h meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company Pannonia broker d.o.o. za brokerske poslove u osiguranju, Zagreb
2. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company STOGAJ društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, Rijeka, Korzo 4
3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Melita Galant, founder of the insurance representation craft Alpha Agent, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Melita Galant, Slavonski Brod, Mile Budaka 1 
4. Decision giving approval to the pension company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima d.d., Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, OIB: 14148900600 to amend the Depositary Agreement with respect to mandatory pension funds: Raiffeisen obvezni mirovinski fond kategorije A, Raiffeisen obvezni mirovinski fond kategorije B and Raiffeisen obvezni mirovinski fond kategorije C, concluded with the depositary Addiko Bank d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6, OIB: 14036333877
5. Decision giving approval to the pension company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima d.d., Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, OIB: 14148900600 to amend the Depositary Agreement with respect to voluntary pension funds: Raiffeisen dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, Zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond Hrvatskog liječničkog sindikata, Zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond Novinar, Zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond Sindikata hrvatskih željezničara – Raiffeisen, Zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond T-HT-a and Raiffeisen zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, concluded with the depositary Addiko Bank d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6, OIB: 14036333877 
6. Decision determining that the company Allianz ZB d.o.o. društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, Zagreb, Heinzelova 70, OIB: 58384724129 acted pursuant to supervisory measures and orders from points I to V of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, CLASS: UP/I 972-05/16-02/06, REGNO: 326-01-440-441-18-59 of 26 July 2018, thus eliminating illegalities and irregularities related to achieving the best outcome when trading for voluntary pension funds under its management and to non-compliance with its internal documents, as determined by the off-site examination of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency filed under CLASS: UP/I ­972-05/16-02/06; this ends the procedure of full-scope off-site examination of the Company and voluntary pension funds AZ Benefit dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, AZ Profit dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, AZ VIP zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, AZ DALEKOVOD zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, AZ HKZP zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, AZ Zagreb zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, Auto Hrvatska zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, AZ ZABA zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, which is filed under CLASS: UP/I 972-05/16-02/06 with the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency.
