18th Meeting

On 9 May 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 18^th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company AS EURO jednostavno društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Remetinečka cesta 75
2. Decision giving approval to the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, OIB:20455535575 to amend the Depositary Agreement with respect to mandatory pension funds PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE mandatory pension fund - category A, PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE mandatory pension fund - category B and PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE mandatory pension fund – category C, concluded with the depositary Addiko Bank d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6, OIB: 14036333877
