16th Meeting

On 18 April 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 16th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the classification of risk types by groups and classes of insurance or reinsurance
2. Decision granting authorisation to Hrvoje Čirjak to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the asset management company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Masarykova 1, personal identification number (OIB): 59300096187, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years
3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Spomenka Stanić, founder of the insurance representation craft PREMIJA NOVA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Spomenka Stanić, Valpovo, Osječka 3
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Martina Špoljarić Pleša, co-owner of the insurance representation craft MediOS, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Kristina Peči i Martina Špoljarić Pleša, Osijek, Ivana Gundulića 30
5. Decision granting approval to the asset management company Erste Asset Management d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, personal identification number (OIB): 68572873963 for the merger of Erste Adriatic Short Term Bond open-ended investment fund with public offering with Erste E-Conservative open-ended investment fund with public offering
6. Decision granting approval to the asset management company Erste Asset Management d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, personal identification number (OIB): 68572873963 for the merger of Erste Local Short Term Bond open-ended investment fund with public offering with Erste Conservative open-ended investment fund with public offering
7. Decision granting approval to the asset management company ZB Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ilica 145, OIB: 23889363045, for amendments to the minimum contents of the rules of ZB Invest Funds, umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering (UCITS)
8. Decision granting approval to the company HAWLE d.o.o. za trgovinu i usluge, Koprivnica, Josipa Bukovčana 3, personal identification number (OIB): 20244563126, to publish a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company METALSKA INDUSTRIJA VARAŽDIN d.d., Varaždin, Fabijanska ulica 33, personal identification number (OIB): 95240603723
