14th Meeting

On 4 April 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 14th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the company PETROKEMIJA d.d., Kutina, Aleja Vukovar 4, personal identification number (OIB): 24503685008, relating to the admission to the regulated market of 54,155,771 registered dematerialised ordinary shares with the nominal value of HRK 10.00 per share, and total nominal value of HRK 541,557,710.00
2. Decision granting authorisation to Boris Guljaš to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company HPB Invest d.o.o., Strojarska cesta 20, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 77486858909, for a term of office lasting for 2 (two) years, running as of 14 May 2019
3. Decision granting authorisation to Lidija Grbešić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company HPB Invest d.o.o., Strojarska cesta 20, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 77486858909, for a term of office lasting for 2 (two) years, running as of 14 May 2019
4. Decision granting authorisation to Slaven Dobrić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company ALLIANZ ZAGREB d.d., Zagreb, Heinzelova 70, personal identification number (OIB): 23759810849, for a term of office lasting for 3 (three) years
5. Decision granting authorisation to Davor Tomašković to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, Vatroslava Jagića 33, personal identification number (OIB): 26187994862, for a term of office lasting as of the day of his appointment by the Supervisory Board of CROATIA osiguranje d.d. until 31 December 2022
6. Decision granting authorisation to the company Hrportfolio d.o.o. with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 30, personal identification number (OIB): 63676980783, to carry out market intermediary activities, namely to provide the investment service referred to in Article 5(1)(1) of the Capital Market Act: the reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments
7. Decision granting approval to the company ICH društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za savjetovanje, posredovanje i upravljanje, with its registered office in Zagreb, Masarykova 1, personal identification number (OIB): 12564452179, to directly acquire a qualifying holding in the asset management company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Masarykova 1, personal identification number (OIB): 59300096187, reaching 74% of the initial capital of that company; granting approval to Tonći Korunić, Daniel Nevidal, Hrvoje Čirjak, Ivan Kurtović, Dario Bjelkanović, Matko Maravić, Kristina Pukšec, Andrej Erjavec, Marko Ljubić, Dominik Škarie Vesna Balić and Davor Vorih to jointly directly acquire a qualifying holding in INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. reaching 26% of the initial capital of that company; and granting approval to Tonći Korunić and Daniel Nevidal to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. jointly reaching 74% of the initial capital of that company and individually reaching 37% of the initial capital of that company
8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Dario Peharda, founder of the insurance representation craft ANDEO TEAM, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Dario Peharda, Varaždin, Ivana Cankara 1A
9. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company MOTAR društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, Kastav, Istarska cesta 1
