60th Meeting

On 15 November 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 60th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision approving a single prospectus to Erste&Steiermärkische bank d.d., Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3/a , personal identification number (OIB): 23057039320, relating to the public offering of registered dematerialised bonds reaching up to HRK 500,000,000.00, with a denomination of HRK 1,000,000.00, with a fixed interest rate and semi-annual interest payments and a maturity of 5 years; and relating to the admission to the regulated market of these bonds, in accordance with the Decision of the Management Board of 28 August 2018 and 25 October 2018
2. Decision determining that Zagrebačka burza d.d., Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, (Zagreb Stock Exchange), personal identification number (OIB): 84368186611, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities established during the regular on-site examination CLASS: AP/I 975-04/17-01/01
