45th Meeting

On 9 August 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 45^th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision granting approval to Krešimir Jušinski to perform the function of a member of the management board of the investment firm Antea brokeri d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Ljudevita Gaja 55, OIB: 13216170782, for the term of six (6) months, starting from 12 August 2018
2. Decision granting approval to Vesna Ćebetarević to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company Raiffeisen FACTORING d.o.o., Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, OIB: 95180802194, for the term of 4 (four) years
3. Decision revoking the Temporary Decision CLASS: AP/973-03/17-01/30, REGNO: 326-550-552-17-10 of 22 September 2017, issued in the case upon the request of Alma Mekić Ćerdić for the approval to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company ERSTE FACTORING d.o.o., Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, OIB: 10194059689, for the requested term of 3 (three) years; and granting approval to Alma Mekić Ćerdić to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company ERSTE FACTORING d.o.o. for the requested term of 3 (three) years
4. Decision revoking the Temporary Decision CLASS: AP/ 973-03/17-01/31, REGNO: 326-550-552-17-8 of 22 September 2017, issued in the case upon the request of Andrijan Jelavić for the approval to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company ERSTE FACTORING d.o.o., Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, OIB: 10194059689, for the requested term of 3 (three) years; and granting approval to Andrijan Jelavić to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company ERSTE FACTORING d.o.o. for the requested term of 3 (three) years
5. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued to Miljenko Blečić, co-owner of the craft AZ B&G, zajednički obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, own. Miljenko Blečić and Tomica Grbčić, Salakovci, Salakovci 11 B, issued on 21 June 2017 by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: AP/I 974-03/16-01/03, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-16-4, ceased to be valid
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Dalibor Levak, owner of the craft LEVAK, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, DALIBOR LEVAK, KRAPINA, UL. DR. F. TUĐMANA 2
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Monika Homberger, owner of the craft MOA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Monika Homberger, Vodice, Trg Kneza Branimira 32
8. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 23 December 2010 to Petar Vrvilo, owner of the craft Obrt za zastupanje Galea, vl. Petar Vrvilo, Kaštel Lukšić, Dr. Vjekoslava Omašića 5, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency AP/I-453-02/10-37/69, REGNO: 326-112-10-2, ceased to be valid on 21 June 2018
9. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 14 December 2006 to Josip Babić, owner of the craft OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU „G.I.A“, VL. JOSIP BABIĆ, VIŠKOVO, LUČIĆI 29, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: AP/I453-06/06-03/239, REGNO: 326-112-06-2, ceased to be valid on 31 January 2018
10. Decision granting approval to the company Zagrebačka burza d.d., Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, OIB:84368186611, for amendments to the Price List adopted by the Management Board of Zagrebačka burza d.d., Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a on 25 July 2018
