31st Meeting

On 22 May 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 31st meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision granting approval to the company KF-ALFA d.o.o., with its registered office in Varaždin, Vrazova 25, OIB: 54094701684, for direct acquisition of a qualifying holding in the investment firm FIMA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.o.o., with its registered office in Varaždin, Vrazova 25, OIB: 45194911051, reaching more than 30% of share in the capital of the investment firm; and granting approval to Darko Horvat for indirect acquisition of a qualifying holding in the investment firm FIMA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.o.o reaching more than 30% of share in the capital of the investment firm

2. Decision granting broker authorisation to Dario Aščić, for an indefinite period

3. Decision granting authorisation to the investment firm N3 Capital Partners d.o.o., Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 284, OIB: 38904991600, to conduct additional activity – real estate brokerage

4. Decision granting authorisation to the company ERSTE d.o.o. za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2/A, OIB: 49659289650, for the establishment and management of the pension fund POLICIJSKI ZATVORENI DOBROVOLJNI MIROVINSKI FOND, for the prospectus and statute of the Fund, and for the selection of Splitska banka d.d., Split, Domovinskog rata 61, OIB: 69326397242, as the depositary of the Fund

5. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the requirements for performing the function of a member of the management board and a member of the supervisory board of a pension insurance company

6. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the requirements for issuing work authorisations and authorisations for the acquisition of a qualifying holding

7. Decision granting authorisation to the company CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, Vatroslava Jagića 33, OIB 26187994862, for the acquisition of the company CROATIA osiguranje kredita d.d., Zagreb, Savska cesta 41, OIB 85371438696, in accordance with the Acquisition Agreement of 21 March 2018
8. Decision revoking the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency on 27 March 2008 (CLASS: 133-02/07-1/2666, REGNO: 326-112-08-2) to insurance agent
