The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) is organising the conference "DORA and Digital Resilience: Challenges of Practical Implementation", to be held on 24 November 2025 at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Zagreb.

The conference aims to raise awareness and strengthen the responsibility of managers of financial institutions in Croatia in the context of the requirements introduced by the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), as a lex specialis in relation to the national Cybersecurity Act. Through expert presentations and a panel discussion, participants will gain an overview of the current state of digital resilience in the financial services sector and the key steps in the implementation of this Regulation. 

The conference is intended for representatives of all financial institutions in Croatia, particularly members of management boards and persons responsible for digital resilience. The programme includes presentations by prominent international and domestic experts. Representatives of the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) will share their experiences and best practices in implementing DORA, cybersecurity experts from Mastercard will present an analysis of cyber risks in the Croatian market, while a representative of Allurity Infigo will deliver a presentation on trends in cyber attacks and defence, both in local and international context. In addition, Hanfa’s Information Security Office will present the results of a recent incident response exercise developed in cooperation with Infigo.
