8th Meeting

On 30 April 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 8th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the structure and contents of financial reports and other reports of pension companies managing voluntary pension funds
2. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the structure and contents of financial reports and other reports of pension companies managing mandatory pension funds
3. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the capital and technical provisions of pension companies managing voluntary pension funds
4. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the capital of pension companies managing mandatory pension funds
5. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on requirements to be met in order to be entitled to receive retirement benefits arising from voluntary pension insurance, on register of members, and on cancellation of payments into and out of voluntary pension funds
6. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on marketing, informative prospectus and other information for members of mandatory pension funds
7. Decision on the compliance with the Guidelines on stress test scenarios under the MMF Regulation (ESMA50-43599798-9011)
8. Decision ordering the company PORSCHE LEASING d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 90275854576, to improve its anti-money laundering and terrorist financing system by 31 December 2024, and to submit to Hanfa a report on the implementation of this Decision within 7 days following the expiry of the deadline referred to in the Decision
9. Decision granting approval to the company VOLKSWAGEN INTERNATIONAL LUXEMBURG S.A. with its registered office in Luxembourg, 19-21 route d'Arlon, L-8009 Strassen, entered in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under the number B170123, to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the leasing company SCANIA CREDIT HRVATSKA d.o.o., Karlovačka cesta 96, Lučko (Zagreb), OIB: 47520271895, reaching 100% of the initial capital and voting rights; the proposed acquisition referred to in point 1 of the operative part of this Decision has to be carried out within six (6) months as of the day of the enforcement of this Decision
10. Decision revoking the authorisation issued by virtue of Hanfa’s decision of 6 November 2008 to the company ALLIANZ INVEST d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 42194170044, LEI: 74780000J0MHQTIPDU55, due to the voluntary cessation of its core activity – UCITS management; and revoking the authorisation issued to the company by virtue of Hanfa’s decision of 10 October 2014 to carry out its non-core activities – portfolio management and provision of investment advice, which extended the authorisation of 6 November 2008. The decision is entered in the register of UCITS management companies and register of companies authorised to perform investment services and activities maintained by Hanfa.
