Pursuant to provisions of the Capital Market Act, Hanfa keeps a register of tied agents who have received its authorisation to conduct activities of the tied agent.

Activities of the tied agent entered under numbers 1-5 relate to the following:

  1. promoting the services of the investment firm
  2. offering the services of the investment firm
  3. receiving and transmitting orders from clients or potential clients
  4. placing financial instruments
  5. providing advice in respect of financial instruments and services offered by the investment firm
