23rd Meeting of the Board

On 11 April 2014, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 23rd meeting and adopted the following decisions:

  1. Decision on the addendum to the Decision exempting managers of alternative investment funds (AIFMs) from paying fees for the issuance of authorisation to AIFMs
  2. Decision granting approval to Ruža Ercegović for the position of member of the Management Board of Erste & Steiermärkische S-Leasing d.o.o., Zagreb, Zelinska 3, for a new term of office lasting until 28 February 2015
  3. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 14 December 2006 to the insurance agency KRAPJE-MM zastupanje u osiguranju d.o.o., Zagreb, Crnojezerska 20, taxpayer identifying number (OIB): 55001373840, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-06/06-03/164, REG.NO.: 326-112-06-2, has ceased to be valid
  4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Ivan Šarić, founder of the insurance representation craft BIOGRAD zastupanje u osiguranju, Biograd na Moru, Kralja Petra Svačića 24
  5. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business, issued to Petar Gabor i Josip Pažulj, owners of the insurance representation craft A1- zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Josip Pažulj i Petar Gabor, Jastrebarsko, Stossmayerov trg 9, has ceased to be valid
  6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Josip Stanković, owner of the insurance craft AGENCIJA STANKOVIĆ obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Josip Stanković, Osijek, Ivana Gundulića 32, at the vehicle roadworthiness test garage Auto-klub „VINKOVCI“ in Vinkovci, Ulica J. Matasovića 1
